Data you provide. When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your company (optional) and the content of your message.
Technical data. Like most websites, the servers that host this site may automatically record technical information such as IP address, date and time of the request, pages requested and browser type. We use it only to keep the website secure and working properly, not to identify visitors.
Cookies. This website does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your message and managing the related correspondence. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Security and proper functioning of the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing your data
Name, email address and message are required to answer your request: without them we cannot reply. The company field is optional.

Your data are processed by authorised persons within Teseas and by service providers that act as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, in particular our hosting and email provider Aruba S.p.A.
We do not sell your data and we do not disclose them to other third parties, except where required by law.
Transfers outside the EU
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep your data
Messages received through the contact form are kept for the time necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or to defend a legal claim. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of them;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- obtain the erasure of your data or the restriction of their processing, in the cases provided by law;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability) where applicable;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
To exercise your rights, write to info@teseas.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Automated decisions
We do not carry out profiling or fully automated decision-making based on your data.
